How do I choose the right size for NBDN jeans?
We recommend checking our detailed size chart on each product page. Our denim is often unsanforized or sanforized, so please consider the 'shrink-to-fit' factor mentioned in the product description before purchasing.
What is the difference between Selvedge and regular denim?
Selvedge denim is woven on traditional shuttle looms, resulting in a self-finished edge that prevents unraveling. It is generally denser, more durable, and develops more unique fade patterns over time compared to mass-produced denim.
How long does international shipping take?
We ship worldwide via premium couriers. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while international shipping usually takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that hemmed or customized jeans are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I wash my raw denim for the first time?
To preserve the indigo and achieve the best fades, we suggest wearing your jeans for at least 6 months before the first wash. When necessary, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and hang dry.
