Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the denim is folded correctly to prevent permanent creasing, and include the RA form inside.

Ship the Goods

Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our warehouse address; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
